Previously managing director of Miller Ventures Limited, the regeneration and public/private partnership division of the Miller Group. He led the growth of Miller Homes from being a small Scottish house-builder in 1993 into a company with operating divisions in the North West of England, the North East of England and the Midlands, as well as throughout Scotland. Joining the board of Miller Homes as director in 1993, Harry was managing director during the period of spectacular growth (1995-1998).

Prior to joining Miller, Harry was Head of Policy at Scottish Homes, the Scottish national housing agency. A former director of Shelter Scotland and a member of the Urban Villages Council, Harry served on the Lord Provost’s Commission into Social Exclusion and has been a member of OneCity Trust’s Board since its inception in 2004.
